Foreign Minister Sharma to Attend Bangladesh’s Newly Elected Government’s Oath-Taking Ceremony in Dhaka

Kathmandu — Nepal’s Foreign Minister Bala Nanda Sharma is set to travel to Dhaka today to attend the swearing-in ceremony of Bangladesh’s newly elected government.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a statement saying the visit is intended to underscore Nepal’s commitment to strengthening relations with Bangladesh and deepening bilateral cooperation.

Minister Sharma will be accompanied by senior officials from the Foreign Ministry. According to the ministry, he is scheduled to return to Nepal on Falgun 7 after the visit.
