Socialist Front to Rally for Republic on Chaitra 15

The Socialist Front has decided to hold a demonstration in Kathmandu on March 28th (Chaitra 15th) in support of the republic.

A meeting of the front held on Tuesday at the CPN (Unified Socialist) party office in Aloknagar decided to hold a joint protest rally on March 28th (Chaitra 15th) in favor of the republic and against regressive acts, said CPN spokesperson Khadga Bahadur Bishwakarma.

According to him, it was also decided that a meeting of the front will be held on March 14th (Chaitra 1st) in the morning, and a press conference will be organized in the afternoon to call on the people to protest against anti-republican steps.

He said that the meeting conducted a serious analysis of the country’s recent political situation and reached objective conclusions.

The meeting also concluded that there is a malicious attempt to create undemocratic incidents in the country and a serious conspiracy has begun against the republic, which was achieved through repeated sacrifices by the Nepali people, he added.
