Slight Increase in Nepalese Stock Market

Kathmandu – The Nepal Stock Exchange (Nepse) index has slightly increased today. According to the Nepal Stock Exchange, the Nepse index has climbed by 2.47 points to reach 2,745.36.

The sensitive index, which measures the share trading of large companies, has increased by 1.31 points to reach 495.30. Out of the 13 sub-indices where transactions took place, the share prices of 7 sub-indices increased, while the share prices of 6 sub-indices decreased.

A total of 1 crore 88 lakh 7 thousand 4 hundred 92 units of shares were traded at a value of Rs. 7 billion 19 crore 27 lakh 92 thousand 1 hundred 66.

According to Nepse, investors of Goodwill Finance gained 7.63%, NIC Asia Select Fund 6.19%, Sunrise Bluechip Fund 6.14%, Samaj Microfinance 5.12%, and Rawa Energy 5.12%.

Similarly, investors of Upper Sange Hydropower lost 5.19%, Mid Solu Hydropower 5.03%, Samudaayik Microfinance 4.47%, Nepal SBI Bank debenture 3.88%, and Support Microfinance 3.41%.
