Robert F. Kennedy Jr in a run to contest for President
Robert F Kennedy Jr is arranging to contest for the President of the United States in 2024 election.
He has filed paperwork with the Federal Election Commission (FEC) to run for president in 2024 as a Democrat, potentially challenging Joe Biden for the Party’s nomination, according to the Sputnik News.
Kennedy Jr aged 69 is the son of former US senator and Presidential candidate Robert F Kennedy and the nephew of former US president John F. Kennedy.
Kennedy Jr. is an environmental activist and lawyer also known as anti vaccine activist. The Sputnik news says ‘in his 2021 book “The Real Anthony Fauci,” Kennedy Jr. accuses the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases of assisting in “a historic coup d’etat against Western Democracy. In a March television interview, Kennedy Jr. defended his anti-vaccine stance’.
“No official announcement has been made by Kennedy Jr. and he has not responded to media reports about him filing paperwork with the FEC”, it says, adding “If confirmed, his entry into the Democratic party presidential primary will be the second challenger with a national profile. Last month, author Marianne Williamson announced that she will also seek the nomination.”
