Rhino Attack in Bardiya: One Dead, Two Injured Including Foreign National

In Bardiya, one person has died and two others have been injured in a rhino attack.

On Friday morning, a rhino attacked in Dalla Community Forest (a central area of Bardiya National Park) located in Madhuban Municipality-6 of the district. The person who died in the rhino attack was a Nature Guide. Additionally, among the injured are one foreign national (an American) and another person.

The District Police Office of Bardiya has reported that the injured foreign national is receiving treatment at the Bhurigaun Municipal Hospital and is in stable condition, while the condition of the other injured person is normal. The police have also mentioned that further investigation into the incident is ongoing.
