Prime Minister Oli visits flood-affected areas in Rasuwa

Kathmandu – Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has visited the flood-affected areas in Rasuwa.

Accompanied by a team, including Finance Minister Bishnu Prasad Paudel, Home Minister Ramesh Lekhak, and Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation Minister Dipak Khadka, the Prime Minister aimed to assess the damage caused by floods in the border areas of Lhendekhola and Bhotekoshi River at the Nepal-China border.

According to Rasuwa’s Assistant Chief District Officer, Dhruv Prasad Adhikari, around 20 people are currently missing due to the floods. Additionally, 64 vehicles have been swept away, including 23 cargo containers, 6 freight trucks, and 35 new electric vehicles.
