Police in Kathmandu Recover 250 Million Rupees, Suspect Publicly Presented

Police have made public 250 million rupees recovered from the Tokha area of Kathmandu.

The Kathmandu Valley Crime Investigation Office held a press conference on Tuesday to make public the recovered amount. Along with the money, police also presented 39-year-old Kasang Lama from Sindhupalchok, who was arrested in connection with the case.

A team from the Kathmandu Valley Crime Investigation Office recovered a large amount of currency from various countries on Tuesday morning. Police stated that the money was recovered from a truck with the license plate number Na 1 Kha 1652.
