PM to take his 5th vote of confidence next week

Kathmandu ; Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal will seek the mandatory vote of confidence next week.

He will face the House for his fifth and possibly the last vote of confidence of his tenure in Parliament on July 12. He had positively responded to a suggestion from the Rashtriya Swatantra Party delegation that he should not delay seeking a vote of confidence in view
of withdrawal of support by the Communist Party of Nepal-Unified Marxist Leninist on Tuesday snatching the numerical majority from the
government,

Of the two available options, he chose to seek the vote of confidence instead of resigning outright in view of the reduced strength in the
