NC Prez Deuba flew to Singapore for treatment

Kathmandu, 14 June: Sher Bahadur Deuba, the President of Nepali Congress Party and former Prime Minister, has flown to Singapore on Tuesday night.

Deuba, accompanied by his personal secretary Bhanu Deuba, left for Singapore for a routine health checkup, according to his secretariat.

Deuba received treatment there when had abdominal complications a few years ago and is supposed to have follow-up every two years.

They will be back home after a week, informed Deuba’s secretariate.
