Marsyangdi Bus Accident Update: 14 Bodies Recovered

Kathmandu – In an accident involving an Indian bus in Ambukhaireni-2, Tanahun, 14 bodies have been recovered.

According to Kaski’s police chief, SP Mohan Thapa, 16 injured individuals have been rescued so far.

On Friday morning, a bus with the number UP 54 FT 7623 fell into the Marsyangdi River from the road. According to the District Police Office, Tanahun, the bus was half submerged in the river and half floating.

Rescue operations are ongoing.
