CAN Calls for Bids for Nepal National Women’s Cricket Team Jersey Sponsorship

Kathmandu—The Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) has officially invited proposals for the jersey sponsorship of the Nepal national women’s cricket team.

CAN has issued a public notice asking interested and eligible commercial organizations to submit their proposals. According to CAN, the sponsorship agreement will be for a period of three years, with a minimum annual value set at Rs. 6 million.

The sponsor’s brand will be prominently displayed on the front of the women’s team jersey. There is also a possibility of renewing the agreement after three years through mutual understanding.

The deadline for submitting proposals is August 30, 2025, at 11:00 AM. Interested companies must also submit a refundable deposit of Rs. 30,000 with their application.

Required documents for submission include the company’s registration certificate, VAT/PAN certificate, tax clearance certificate, business operation license, company profile, and past sponsorship experience (if any).

CAN expects that this sponsorship will make a significant contribution to the development of women’s cricket, given its growing popularity and commercial potential.

Previously, CAN had secured a sponsorship deal for the men’s national cricket team with NASA Securities, a share trading company, for a value exceeding Rs. 70 million.
