Bus Accident in India: 43 Injured from Same Bara Village

Birgunj – In Bihar, India, it has been revealed that the Nepali pilgrims injured in a bus accident are from the same village. On Sunday morning, a bus carrying 43 Nepali pilgrims met with an accident, resulting in 35 people being injured.

All of the injured are from the Murtiapaliya neighborhood of Ward No. 3, Baragadhi Rural Municipality in Bara, according to Bara Police Spokesperson DSP Prakash Sapkota. He informed that the bus, which was reserved by the group to go to Baba Dham, was hit from behind by a truck on National Highway 28 in the Mushri Gharari police precinct of Samastipur, Bihar, at around four in the morning.

Sapkota mentioned that among the injured, ten are in serious condition. The injured are receiving treatment at various hospitals, and efforts are ongoing to gather more information about the incident.
