Bangladesh enters final defeating Bhutan
Kathmandu, Oct 27: Bangladesh has entered the final of SAFF Women Championship-2024 by defeating Bhutan on Sunday.
Bhutan suffered defeat with Tohura Khatun’s hat-trick. In the ongoing match held at Dasharath Stadium, Tripureshwar, Bangladesh scored 7 goals against Bhutan (1) in the first semifinal.
It was Bangladeshi player Khatun to make three goals, while Sabina Khatun did two, and Ritu Porna Chakma and Seuli Ajim one each. For Bhutan, Deki Lazom responded to the rival team with one goal.
The second semifinal under the Championship is beginning after a while- from 6:30pm. Nepal and India are competing for the final.
