Trump indicted following hush money payment

Donald Trump, former U S president, has been indicted by a grand jury.

A New York grand Jury has voted for indictment supposedly on the hush money payment case, U S media said.

Trump was charged with paying hush money to Stormy Daniels, adult film star during his 2016 presidential election campaign.

Trump faced more than 30 counts related to business fraud in an indictment from a Manhattan grand jury, according to CNN.

However, lately the hearing on the grand jury had been on the hush money payments.

Being voted for indictment, Trump set the record that he is the first former US president to have been criminally indicted.
