Program on Development, Diplomacy and Security in the Indo-Pacific Region
Center for Diplomacy and Development (CDD) celebrating its fifth anniversary held a talk program on Development, Diplomacy and Security in the Indo-Pacific Region.
Chief guest, Deputy Prime Minister in charge of the Ministry of Physical Infrastructure and Transport, Narayan Kaji Shretha, wishing for its success, applauded the prominent role played by the CDD while addressing the program, Sunday afternoon at Hotel Himalaya, Lalitpur.
Pradeep Kumar Kapur, Visiting Clinical Professor, International Trade, Development and Security Issues at the School of Public Policy, University of Maryland and former H.E. Ambassador of India to Cambodia delivered a keynote speech.
S.N. Choudhary, His Excellency Ambassador of Bangladesh to Nepal shared not only his views on Development, Diplomacy and Security in the Indo-Pacific Region but also his experiences as diplomat in Kathmandu, Nepal stating “every day is a day of learning.”
Mohan Krishna Shrestha, founder president of CDD, delivering a welcome speech stated that CDD is a good platform for all to share knowledge and experience in the fields of diplomacy and development issues.
