The investigation commission begins its work as ‘Black Box’ retrieved

The ‘black box’ of the ATR 72 aircraft belonging to the Yeti Airlines that crashed in Pokhara Sunday has been found a day later.

Black Box, containing flight radar record and the cockpit voice recorder, is considered an immensely important device of the aircraft to find out the causes behind the accident.

As ‘black box’ has been retrieved, it would be easier for the investigation commission to begin with the work. Spokesperson of the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN), Jagannath Niraula, said that the commission has begun its work from today itself.
