Nepal Rastra Bank announces today’s foreign exchange rates for major currencies

Kathmandu – The Nepal Rastra Bank has set the foreign exchange rates for today (Friday).

According to the central bank, the buying rate for one US dollar is set at NPR 152.23, and the selling rate is NPR 152.83.

The buying rate for one Euro is NPR 173.96, and the selling rate is NPR 174.65. For the UK pound sterling, the buying rate is NPR 204.15, and the selling rate is NPR 204.95. The Swiss franc has a buying rate of NPR 188.64 and a selling rate of NPR 189.38.

The Australian dollar’s buying rate is NPR 105.75, and the selling rate is NPR 106.17. The Canadian dollar is set at a buying rate of NPR 107.43 and a selling rate of NPR 107.86. The Singapore dollar has a buying rate of NPR 117.91 and a selling rate of NPR 118.37.

For the Japanese yen, the buying rate for 10 yen is NPR 9.41, and the selling rate is NPR 9.45. The Chinese yuan has a buying rate of NPR 22.46 and a selling rate of NPR 22.55. The Saudi Arabian riyal’s buying rate is NPR 40.55, and the selling rate is NPR 40.71. The Qatari riyal is set at a buying rate of NPR 41.78 and a selling rate of NPR 41.94.

According to the central bank, the Thai baht has a buying rate of NPR 4.57 and a selling rate of NPR 4.59. The UAE dirham’s buying rate is NPR 41.45, and the selling rate is NPR 41.61. The Malaysian ringgit is set at a buying rate of NPR 37.40 and a selling rate of NPR 37.55. The South Korean won’s buying rate for 100 won is NPR 10.12, and the selling rate is NPR 10.16. The Swedish krona has a buying rate of NPR 15.80 and a selling rate of NPR 15.86, while the Danish krone is set at a buying rate of NPR 23.27 and a selling rate of NPR 23.36.

The Hong Kong dollar’s buying rate is NPR 19.42, and the selling rate is NPR 19.50. The Kuwaiti dinar has a buying rate of NPR 494.65 and a selling rate of NPR 496.60. The Bahraini dinar’s buying rate is NPR 403.76, and the selling rate is NPR 405.35. The Omani riyal is set at a buying rate of NPR 395.38 and a selling rate of NPR 396.94.

The buying rate for 100 Indian rupees is set at NPR 160, and the selling rate is NPR 160.15.

The central bank has stated that these exchange rates can be revised at any time as needed. It also noted that the exchange rates set by commercial banks may differ and that updated rates are available on the central bank’s website.
