Miss Nepal 2026: Top 24 Finalists Announced

Kathmandu. The top 24 finalists for ‘Miss Nepal 2026’ have been officially announced. During a newly held sash ceremony, the contestants were also assigned their official competition numbers. The numbers and sashes were presented by the Chairman, Directors, and former Miss Nepals of the organizing body, The Hidden Treasure. On the occasion, the finalists introduced themselves and shared their areas of interest.

The event also marked the official commencement of the Miss Nepal 2026 pageant. According to Pramod Kansakar, Director of the organizing organization, the selected finalists will now undergo intensive training and personality development sessions.

This year’s Miss Nepal carries the main theme ‘Top of the World.’ Drawing inspiration from Mount Everest, the world’s highest peak, the ceremony was inaugurated with the contestants showcasing traditional Himalayan indigenous attire.

Diwakar Raj Karnikar, Chairman of The Hidden Treasure says “We are actively seeking talented, visionary individuals to step up and look after the Miss Nepal series moving forward. This pageant has become a profound legacy that we proudly carry forward every single year. Despite facing severe hurdles over the decades—including the period of insurgency and the global COVID-19 pandemic—our sheer passion has kept us going. We have been fiercely committed to never missing a single edition. While The Hidden Treasure officially took the reins in 1997, this beautiful journey originally began in 1994, and we are dedicated to ensuring its legacy thrives for generations to come.”
