Nepal Rastra Bank announces today’s foreign exchange rates for major currencies

The Nepal Rastra Bank has set the foreign exchange rates for today (Monday). According to the central bank, the buying rate for one US dollar is set at NPR 150.62, while the selling rate is NPR 151.22.

Similarly, the buying rate for one Euro is NPR 172.75 and the selling rate is NPR 173.43. The buying rate for one UK pound sterling is NPR 199.33, with a selling rate of NPR 200.12. For the Swiss franc, the buying rate is NPR 186.63 and the selling rate is NPR 187.37.

The Australian dollar has a buying rate of NPR 105.63 and a selling rate of NPR 106.05. The Canadian dollar’s buying rate is NPR 106.41 and the selling rate is NPR 106.84. The Singapore dollar is set at a buying rate of NPR 116.62 and a selling rate of NPR 117.09.

For the Japanese yen, the buying rate for 10 yen is NPR 9.34 and the selling rate is NPR 9.37. The Chinese yuan has a buying rate of NPR 22.25 and a selling rate of NPR 22.34. The Saudi Arabian riyal’s buying rate is NPR 40.13 and the selling rate is NPR 40.29. The Qatari riyal is set at a buying rate of NPR 41.35 and a selling rate of NPR 41.52.

According to the central bank, the Thai baht has a buying rate of NPR 4.58 and a selling rate of NPR 4.60. The UAE dirham’s buying rate is NPR 41.01 and the selling rate is NPR 41.17. The Malaysian ringgit is set at a buying rate of NPR 36.41 and a selling rate of NPR 36.55. The South Korean won’s buying rate for 100 won is NPR 9.84 and the selling rate is NPR 9.88. The Swedish krona has a buying rate of NPR 15.72 and a selling rate of NPR 15.78, while the Danish krone is set at a buying rate of NPR 23.12 and a selling rate of NPR 23.21.

The Hong Kong dollar’s buying rate is NPR 19.22 and the selling rate is NPR 19.30. The Kuwaiti dinar is set at a buying rate of NPR 490.14 and a selling rate of NPR 492.09. The Bahraini dinar has a buying rate of NPR 399.52 and a selling rate of NPR 401.11. The Omani riyal’s buying rate is NPR 391.24 and the selling rate is NPR 392.79. The buying rate for 100 Indian rupees is NPR 160, with a selling rate of NPR 160.15.

The central bank has indicated that these exchange rates can be revised at any time as needed. It is noted that the exchange rates set by commercial banks may differ, and the updated rates are available on the central bank’s website.
