Kathmandu – KP Sharma Oli, chairperson of CPN-UML and former Prime Minister, has refused to submit his property details or make any statements, labeling the government’s actions as a “bundle of prejudice and revenge.”

Addressing a two-day workshop in Kathmandu on Wednesday, Oli claimed that the current government is forming new committees with the intention of targeting opposition leaders, despite the presence of active constitutional and legal bodies.

He sarcastically remarked that since all his property has been burned, the government should now collect ashes for the property details. “If someone’s excessive or illicit property is discovered, let there be an investigation. If you want my property details from places reduced to ashes by fire, I will provide ashes instead. Burning wasn’t enough, now they want property details too! Here are the ashes, take them, government. What property details?” Oli stated.

On Bhadra 23 and 24, during the Gen Z movement, Oli’s house in Balkot was set on fire.
