Nepal Rastra Bank announces today’s foreign exchange rates for major currencies

The Nepal Rastra Bank has set the foreign exchange rates for today (Sunday). According to the central bank, the buying rate for one American dollar is set at NPR 151.71, while the selling rate is NPR 152.31.

Similarly, the buying rate for one European euro is NPR 176.64, and the selling rate is NPR 177.34. For one UK pound sterling, the buying rate is NPR 203.59, and the selling rate is NPR 204.39. The Swiss franc’s buying rate is NPR 193.83, and the selling rate is NPR 194.60.

The Australian dollar’s buying rate is NPR 108.64, with a selling rate of NPR 109.07. The Canadian dollar is set at a buying rate of NPR 109.84 and a selling rate of NPR 110.27. The Singapore dollar’s buying rate is NPR 118.76, and the selling rate is NPR 119.23.

For 10 Japanese yen, the buying rate is NPR 9.52, and the selling rate is NPR 9.56. The Chinese yuan’s buying rate is NPR 22.42, and the selling rate is NPR 22.51. The Saudi Arabian riyal is set at a buying rate of NPR 40.43 and a selling rate of NPR 40.59. The Qatari riyal’s buying rate is NPR 41.66, with a selling rate of NPR 41.82.

According to the central bank, the buying rate for one Thai baht is NPR 4.66, and the selling rate is NPR 4.68. The UAE dirham’s buying rate is NPR 41.31, with a selling rate of NPR 41.47. The Malaysian ringgit is set at a buying rate of NPR 38.26 and a selling rate of NPR 38.41. For 100 South Korean won, the buying rate is NPR 10.07, and the selling rate is NPR 10.11. The Swedish krona’s buying rate is NPR 16.41, and the selling rate is NPR 16.47. The Danish krone is set at a buying rate of NPR 23.64 and a selling rate of NPR 23.73.

The Hong Kong dollar’s buying rate is NPR 19.36, and the selling rate is NPR 19.44. The Kuwaiti dinar is set at a buying rate of NPR 494.65 and a selling rate of NPR 496.61. The Bahraini dinar’s buying rate is NPR 402.39, with a selling rate of NPR 403.98. The Omani riyal is set at a buying rate of NPR 394.05 and a selling rate of NPR 395.61. The buying rate for 100 Indian rupees is NPR 160, and the selling rate is NPR 160.15.

The central bank has stated that these exchange rates can be revised at any time as needed. It is also noted that the exchange rates set by commercial banks may differ, and updated rates are available on the central bank’s website.
