Koshi Province to unveil annual policies focusing on agriculture and tourism

The Koshi Province government is set to unveil its annual policies and programs on Thursday.

The government will present its policies and programs for the fiscal year 2082/83 during the second session of the budget assembly, held at the temporary Provincial Assembly building at Birendra Sabha Griha in Biratnagar.

According to the Provincial Assembly Secretariat, the session is scheduled for 3 PM today, where Province Chief Parshuram Khapung will present the program.

The government has indicated that the policies and programs have been prepared with a focus on agriculture, tourism, infrastructure, and job creation in the province.

Based on these policies and programs, the government will introduce the annual budget for the fiscal year 2083/84 on Ashadh 1.
