Lumbini Provincial Assembly to discuss budget principles and auditor’s report today

The eighth session of the Lumbini Provincial Assembly’s second meeting is set to convene today in Dang. According to the Provincial Assembly Secretariat, the meeting will commence at 1 PM. During the session, assembly members will have the opportunity to express their views on contemporary issues during a special time allocated for this purpose.

Additionally, Finance and Planning Minister Dhanendra Karki is scheduled to present the ‘Principles and Priorities of the Budget’ for the upcoming fiscal year to the assembly, as informed by Provincial Assembly Secretary Durlabh Kumar Pun Magar.

Furthermore, Chief Minister Chet Narayan Acharya will present the ‘Fifth Annual Report of the Auditor General, 2079’ to the assembly.
