Nepal Rastra Bank announces today’s foreign exchange rates for major currencies

Kathmandu – Nepal Rastra Bank has set the foreign exchange rates for today (Monday). According to the central bank, the buying rate for one American dollar is set at NPR 153.25, while the selling rate is NPR 153.85.

The buying rate for one European euro is NPR 178.17, and the selling rate is NPR 178.87. For the UK pound sterling, the buying rate is NPR 204.21, and the selling rate is NPR 205.01. The Swiss franc has a buying rate of NPR 194.71 and a selling rate of NPR 195.48.

The buying rate for one Australian dollar is NPR 109.58, with a selling rate of NPR 110.01. The Canadian dollar’s buying rate is NPR 111.46, and the selling rate is NPR 111.89. The Singapore dollar is set at a buying rate of NPR 119.66 and a selling rate of NPR 120.13.

For 10 Japanese yen, the buying rate is NPR 9.65, and the selling rate is NPR 9.69. The Chinese yuan has a buying rate of NPR 22.50 and a selling rate of NPR 22.59. The Saudi Arabian riyal is set at a buying rate of NPR 40.84 and a selling rate of NPR 41.00. The Qatari riyal’s buying rate is NPR 42.06, with a selling rate of NPR 42.23.

According to the central bank, the Thai baht has a buying rate of NPR 4.69 and a selling rate of NPR 4.71. The UAE dirham is set at a buying rate of NPR 41.72 and a selling rate of NPR 41.89. The Malaysian ringgit has a buying rate of NPR 38.79 and a selling rate of NPR 38.94. For 100 South Korean won, the buying rate is NPR 10.23, and the selling rate is NPR 10.27. The Swedish krona is set at a buying rate of NPR 16.22 and a selling rate of NPR 16.28, while the Danish krone has a buying rate of NPR 23.84 and a selling rate of NPR 23.93.

The Hong Kong dollar’s buying rate is NPR 19.57, with a selling rate of NPR 19.65. The Kuwaiti dinar is set at a buying rate of NPR 500.24 and a selling rate of NPR 502.20. The Bahraini dinar has a buying rate of NPR 406.34 and a selling rate of NPR 407.93. The Omani riyal is set at a buying rate of NPR 398.05 and a selling rate of NPR 399.61. The buying rate for 100 Indian rupees is NPR 160.00, with a selling rate of NPR 160.15.

The central bank has stated that these exchange rates can be revised at any time if necessary. It is noted that the exchange rates set by commercial banks may differ, and updated rates are available on the central bank’s website.
