Tractor accident at Kanchanpur brick kiln kills two, injures child

In Kanchanpur, two people have died and one has been injured after being run over by a tractor at a brick kiln. The incident occurred at the New Brick Industry located in Punarbas Municipality-7, where a tractor accident led to the death of two individuals and left a child seriously injured, according to police reports.

Police stated that on Monday night, a tractor hit 27-year-old Ajay Kumar and 9-year-old Pawan Kumar, residents of Bahraich district in Uttar Pradesh, India, resulting in their deaths. After being trapped under the tractor, they were brought to Dhangadhi for treatment. Ajay Kumar succumbed to his injuries at Seti Provincial Hospital, while Pawan died at Navjeevan Hospital.

Additionally, 11-year-old Ghura Kumar is seriously injured and is receiving treatment at Seti Provincial Hospital. According to police, the tractor with registration number SE 1 TA 8876 hit them while they were watering raw bricks. The driver fled the scene and has not yet been identified.
