Election Commission Speeds Up Logistics for Upcoming March 5 Polls (PICTURES)

KATHMANDU – The Election Commission has intensified the transport of materials and preparations for the House of Representatives member election scheduled for March 5 (Phagun 21).

According to the Commission, the transportation of ballot boxes and other primary materials to the districts began last week. Similarly, stamps, stationery, and other necessary items will be made available soon and dispatched to the electoral constituencies.

The Commission stated that nine types of election materials will be sent from the center, while 37 types of materials will be managed at the district level.

The Commission has emphasized adopting a fast and transparent process for coordination, storage, and logistics management in election preparations. Additionally, plans have been made to strictly enforce security and election regulations.
