Gold Price Increased: What’s the Current Market Rate?

**Kathmandu:** Over the past few days, the prices of gold and silver have seen a sharp increase. However, from Thursday, there has been a slight decrease.

Compared to Friday, when the market opened today, the price of gold has risen by NPR 500 per tola, while silver has decreased by NPR 10.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers, the current rate for a tola of gold is set at NPR 195,200, and for the same amount of silver, it is NPR 2,160.

On Friday, gold was traded at NPR 194,700 per tola, and silver at NPR 2,150.

International news outlets report that in global markets today, gold is being bought and sold at USD 3,367 per ounce.
