Rabi Lamichhane Granted Bail of 1 Crore Rupees in Rupandehi District Court

Kathmandu – The District Court of Rupandehi has ordered the release of Rastriya Swatantra Party president Rabi Lamichhane on a bail of one crore rupees.

The bench of Judge Pralhad Kumar Yogi issued the order for Lamichhane to be released on bail in connection with the fraud case involving the Supreme Cooperative in Butwal. His detention hearing concluded today.

Previously, the District Court of Kaski had ordered his release on a bail of 6.5 million rupees, while the District Court of Kathmandu had ordered his release on a bail of 6 million rupees.
