NEPSE Index Gains 78 Points on Thursday

The stock market, which has been declining consistently, has seen a significant increase in the NEPSE index today. According to the Nepal Stock Exchange, on the last trading day of the week, the NEPSE index has risen by 78.17 points to reach 2,688.38.

The Sensitive Index, which measures the performance of large companies, has increased by 13.40 points to reach 478.48. Out of the total 13 subgroups traded today, the share prices of 12 subgroups have risen, while one subgroup’s share price has fallen.

A total of 1,94,33,154 shares worth Rs. 8,16,92,74,612 have been traded. According to NEPSE, the shares of Bin Nepal Microfinance, Green Ventures Limited, Eastern Hydropower, and Rawa Energy have increased by 10%, resulting in positive circuit breaks. Similarly, investors in Asian Hydropower have earned 9.99%.

The share price of Three Star Hydropower has fallen by 10%, resulting in a negative circuit break. Investors in Sanima Large Cap Fund have lost 8.49%, RBB Mutual Fund II has lost 0.01%, Sunrise First Mutual Fund has lost 3.71%, and investors in Sanima Growth Fund have lost 3.65%.
