Salt Trading increases basic salt price

Kathmandu – Salt Trading Corporation has increased the price of salt.

The decision to increase the price of salt was made during a meeting of the Board of Directors held on Tuesday.

Effective from midnight tonight, the price of AAYO salt noon will be Rs. 26 per kg, up from Rs. 23 previously.

Similarly, the price of NEW SHAKTI salt has been increased from Rs. 17 to Rs. 20 per kg. BHANU salt remains unchanged at Rs. 9 per kg.
