Badal’s son Pratik will be presented to court again
KATHMANDU– In the case of the fake Bhutanese refugee, Pratik Thapa, who was arrested, will be presented in court on Monday again.
Thapa was arrested by the police from Boudha, Kathmandu on Friday night.
Although the police presented him at the district court in Kathmandu on Sunday to extend his date, no hearing was held today. Therefore, the court had ordered him to be on monday again.
He was presented at the District Government attorney’s office before the court session.
Pratik is the son of Ram Bahadur Thapa Badal, the Vice Chairman of Nepal’s Communist Party and Former Minister for Home Affairs.
