Confidence Boost in Nepali Cricket Team with Sandeep’s Addition

Kathmandu – Nepali national cricket team captain Rohit Kumar Paudel has stated that with the arrival of Sandeep, the team has gained a good wicket-taking bowler.

He mentioned that the addition of spinner Sandeep Lamichhane to the Nepali team has boosted the team’s confidence in winning matches in the West Indies. In a press conference held before their second match in the ICC T20 World Cup, he said that the pitch in the West Indies is spinner-friendly, making Sandeep’s presence very important for the team.

Rohit said, “The pitch in the West Indies is very good for spinners. A wicket-taking bowler has been added, and he has experience. Now it will be good in T20.” He expressed confidence that the team can secure a victory. He also mentioned that in the upcoming matches, the pressure will be on the other teams rather than Nepal, and Nepal can win.
